Meine Ferienwohnung in Kleinwelka bei Bautzen liegt in einer historischen Siedlung der Herrnhuter Brüdergemeinde – ruhig in einer kleinen Sackgasse.

Direkt nebenan befindet sich eines der ältesten Häuser der Siedlung, in dem einst eine bekannte Persönlichkeit ihre letzten Jahre verbrachte.

Die Wohnung wurde frisch und modern saniert und bietet Ihnen heute den Komfort einer neuen Ferienwohnung – perfekt für Paare, kleine Familien oder Aktivurlauber, die die Oberlausitz entdecken möchten.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge:

Von unserer Ferienwohnung in Bautzen / Kleinwelka können Sie direkt zu schönen Fahrradtouren und Ausflügen starten:

  •  die historische Altstadt von Bautzen erkunden
  • eine Radtour um den Bautzener Stausee machen
  • auf dem Radweg zum Naturschutzzentrum Neschwitz fahren
  • durch die einzigartige Teichlandschaft der Oberlausitz über Malschwitz nach Guttau zum bekannten Haus der 1000 Teiche radeln

Auch der Saurierpark und Irrgarten Kleinwelka ist in etwa 15–20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar – ein tolles Erlebnis für Familien.

Micha’s FeWo Welcome to Micha’s FeWo – your holiday apartment in Kleinwelka near Bautzen. The freshly and modernly renovated apartment is located in a historic settlement of the Moravian Church, quietly situated in a small cul-de-sac.

Right next door stands one of the oldest houses in the settlement, where a well-known historical figure spent his final years. Today you can enjoy a bright and comfortable apartment with modern amenities – perfect for couples, small families, and travelers who want to explore Upper Lusatia.

The Perfect Starting Point for Exploring Upper Lusatia

From our holiday apartment in Bautzen / Kleinwelka, you can easily start beautiful bike tours and excursions.

Popular destinations nearby include: 

  • the historic old town of Bautzen with its famous towers and cozy cafés 
  • a cycling tour around the Bautzen Reservoir
  • the bike path to the Neschwitz Nature Center
  • the unique pond landscape of Upper Lusatia, cycling via Malschwitz to Guttau and the famous “House of 1000 Ponds”

A special highlight for families is the Dinosaur Park and Maze in Kleinwelka, which can be reached comfortably on foot in about 15–20 minutes.

The Upper Lusatian Highlands can be reached within just a few minutes and offer beautiful hiking routes and viewpoints.
